We provide fully screened and suitable candidates while managing all the payroll responsibilities and costs, including WCB, EI, CPP, vacation pay, on our client’s behalf.  You can also choose to hire your temporary Arlyn employee later on with our Temporary to Permanent conversion incentive agreement.

With over 24 years’ experience in legal recruitment and people management, Jean draws on a background in both public and private sectors, including human resources and labour relations. In addition to handling permanent placements, Jean also provides comprehensive career coaching and professional development guidance, helping individuals navigate career transitions and achieve their professional goals.

John Becker

Director of Recruitment

John Becker joined Arlyn Recruiting in2024 as Senior Director of Recruitment. He brings a wealth of experience in HR, recruitment, operational design, and team development. John previously served as Managing Director in several large multinational companies and was the founder and CEO of a successful international recruitment firm. His recruiting  experience spans the world, supporting public and private sector organizations in Canada, US, Asia, and the Middle East.

Tasia Mrozinski

Recruitment Manager

Tasia’s recruitment experience spans both in-house and agency settings. She has successfully recruited across diverse industries, including legal, light industrial, construction, technology, accounting, and HR. This breadth of experience equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment process—from initial contact to on-boarding and training. Tasia’s most valuable expertise lies in aligning candidates’ career aspirations with our clients’ specific needs and job openings.

Stephen Danvers

Senior Consultant

Stephen brings over 30 years of expertise in people management and legal and corporate administration recruitment. He specializes in career coaching, training, recruitment, and client relationships, with a background in Business Administration, Management, and Human Resources. As the former principal and now Senior Consultant at Arlyn Recruiting, Stephen is primarily supportung our long-term strategy and mentoring John Becker and the entire Arlyn team as we elevate the company to the next level of growth and development.
