  4. What motivates me in legal work?

  5. How much structure or independence do I prefer?

John Becker

Director of Recruiter

John Becker joined Arlyn Recruiting in 2024 as Senior Director of Recruitment. He brings a wealth of experience in HR, recruitment, operational design, and team development. John previously served as Managing Director in several large multinational companies and was the founder and CEO of a successful international recruitment firm. His recruiting  experience spans the world, supporting public and private sector organizations in Canada, US, Asia, and the Middle East.

Kayleigh Hansen

Operations & Recruitment Administrator

With over a decade in the legal industry spanning operations, human resources, accounting, and administration, Kayleigh brings extensive industry knowledge and connections. Before joining Arlyn, she was involved in launching and growing a boutique litigation firm and served as co-chair of the Learning & Development subsection of the BCLMA. At Arlyn Recruiting, Kayleigh ensures seamless operations, supports recruitment strategies, and builds lasting relationships with clients and candidates. She is passionate about fostering positive change & innovation and aligning industry expectations with the evolving needs of employees and clients.

Senior Consultant (Retired)

Stephen brings over 30 years of expertise in people management and legal and corporate administration recruitment. He specializes in career coaching, training, recruitment, and client relationships, with a background in Business Administration, Management, and Human Resources. As the former principal and now Senior Consultant at Arlyn Recruiting, Stephen is primarily supportung our long-term strategy and mentoring John Becker and the entire Arlyn team as we elevate the company to the next level of growth and development.

Tasia Mrozinski

Recruitment Manager (On Temporary Leave)

Tasia’s recruitment experience spans both in-house and agency settings. She has successfully recruited across diverse industries, including legal, light industrial, construction, technology, accounting, and HR. This breadth of experience equips her with a comprehensive understanding of the entire recruitment process—from initial contact to on-boarding and training.
