With an impressive career spanning over two decades in operational leadership, recruitment, and staffing, John brings a wealth of experience and a proven track record of success to our team.
John works closely with Stephen Danvers, Arlyn’s founder and Senior Consultant, on strategic planning. He joins our experienced recruiting team, which includes Jean Chose and Tasia Mrozinski.
John’s operational leadership and recruiting experience are highlighted by his role as Founder and Managing Director of It’s Academic Staffing and Recruiting, an international search firm specializing in academia. John and his team developed effective staffing solutions for universities, colleges, and schools in both the public and private sectors across Canada and the US, focusing on senior academic leaders, HR, finance, accounting, and faculty roles.
